Senior SAP CM Implementation Specialist — BRIM & Mediation

Job summary

SWIFT is seeking an experienced SAP CM Analyst in Kuala Lumpur to lead Convergent Mediation implementations within the BRIM suite. You will guide data mediation, scripting, and billing workflows, collaborating with Finance and IT in a cross-cultural, agile setting.

You will work with a diverse tribe, reporting to the BAS Chapter Lead, delivering requirements through design, build, test, and delivery phases aligned to our BRIM roadmap.

Qualifications

• Strong functional understanding of the Convergent Mediation module in SAP BRIM.
• Experience in data mediation, collection, validation, distribution and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience building and configuring mediation workflows using agents.
• Proficiency in CM scripting with APL and Java for custom logic.
• Experience with high-volume billing scenarios.
• Good integration knowledge with BRIM modules like SOM, CC and CI.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional billing requirements.

Responsibilities

• In line with requirements, develop, analyze, test, debug, configure and store system solutions.
• Lead development and assist in design and programming of changes of moderate complexity.
• Follow documentation standards and storage procedures.
• Configure and maintain ERP modules; support deployments and upgrades.
• Coordinate feasibility studies, prototyping, data mapping and configuration tables.
• Propose security, user docs, data interface design and data migration plans.
• Assist junior members in resolving issues and sharing knowledge.
• Maintain an up-to-date view of software, hardware and ERP landscape.
