Job summary

Trinity Consulting Services is seeking a seasoned SAP Ariba and procurement operations expert to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead Source-to-Contract processes, manage ITIL-aligned service delivery, and oversee vendor relationships and performance metrics.

The role requires 8+ years in SAP Ariba or related fields, strong stakeholder communication skills, and experience with API integrations and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SAP Ariba, procurement, or service operations.
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes.
• Good understanding of ITIL service management.
• Experience managing operational support teams and external vendors.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and interfaces between enterprise applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, incidents, problems, and change requests.
