• Ensure excellent customer service by handling client inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly
• Staff management
• Coordinate with stylists, therapists, and beauty artists to deliver smooth and high-quality sessions
• Support wellness events, workshops, and promotional activities to enhance client engagement
• Monitor studio upkeep, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Learn inventory management, including ordering and tracking wellness products or supplies
• Participate in training programs to develop leadership, operational management, and client relations skills
• Prepare basic reports on client attendance, service feedback, and operational performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, Finance) to align operations with business goals
• Contribute ideas to improve service delivery, client experience, and operational efficiency
• Gain Operational Excellence in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including appointment scheduling, staff coordination, and service quality control.
