Job summary

Continental Holdings is seeking Salesforce DevOps Engineer or Developer to support a global Sales & Service implementation. You will manage CI/CD pipelines, environment strategies, and deployment governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong Salesforce technical skills, scripting ability, and English proficiency, with occasional international travel to drive seamless platform delivery.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification.
• 5+ years DevOps/Release Engineering, preferably with Salesforce delivery.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience for Salesforce (Azure DevOps/Git, SFDX/sf CLI).
• Understanding of Salesforce deployment concepts (metadata, sandboxes, tests).
• Automation scripting with PowerShell/Bash/Python; build tools and artifacts.
• Experience with quality gates, code checks, and PR policies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum; English proficiency; willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive DevOps and release strategy for a global Salesforce Sales & Service implementation.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release governance.
• Define environments, branching, and rollback plans; manage deployments.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues, metadata dependencies, tests, and permissions.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to enable delivery.
