Key Responsibilities:

Business Commercial Operation

• Manage Order Fulfillment from end-to-end process including liaising with sales on backorders management and order issues, conversion of PO to Sales Orders in SAP, and coordinating discussion with Sales & Production team on the stocks issue and OOS, monitoring of SO backlogs.


• Coordinate with the team to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet Sales Forecast.


• Work with the team to plan, coordinate and execute demand planning activities including stocks transfer between warehouses and replenishments.


• Oversee Indent fulfillment (Original Indent).


• Generating & analysing related reports

Administration

• Booking of air tickets, accommodation and other related travel matters.


• Maintain files in OneDrive and hardcopies if necessary.


• Provide support to team for coordinating internal matters and dept requirements such as business cards, stationery, customer visits and meetings, etc.


• Processing PR, PO and payment of invoices.


• Submission or verification of eclaims for dept.


• Liaise with Maintenance dept relating to dept and furniture maintenance.


• Dept inventory related matters.


• Coordinate meetings for internal and external stakeholders.


• Admin documents for staff movements procedure.


• Any other relevant dept. administration matters.

What you bring?

• Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.


• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English is compulsory.


• Proven experience in sales operations support, sales administration, or a similar role


• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
