Job summary

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&N) in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Data Analyst to gather and analyze data related to logistics performance, create KPIs, and support process improvements in warehouse efficiency and sustainability.

You will collaborate with management, train staff on best practices, and mentor team members to foster continuous improvement while identifying cost-reduction opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven mindset.
• Experience or familiarity with SAP and IBP systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing data related to logistics performance to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Creating key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process changes.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination of logistics processes.
• Working closely with management team to communicate process improvements, results, and future strategies in order to support and drive projects related to warehouse efficiency & sustainability.
• Leading training sessions for staff on best practices and process improvement techniques.
• Mentoring team members to build a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
• Identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or customer satisfaction
