Job summary

Fraser & Neave (F&N) in Malaysia is seeking a Stock Planning professional to manage replenishment and inventory levels across Peninsula Malaysia warehouses. You will collaborate with planners, warehouses and finance to meet sales demand while minimizing stockouts.

The role covers co-manufacturer stock receipts, SAP updates, FEFO stock control, and backorder management, with a 2pm–10pm shift and emphasis on accurate reporting and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any field.
• 1–2 years in supply chain inventory planning/logistics.
• Able to work shift (2pm to 10pm).
• Experience using SAP, Microsoft Office, and demand planning software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan stock replenishment for all F&N warehouses in Peninsula Malaysia.
• Support in-house stock replenishment for breakbulk picking.
• Coordinate stock transfers from co-manufacturers and goods receipt into SAP.
• Update OEM co-packer system transactions and daily reconciliation with warehouse and Finance.
• Manage daily backorders with Order Entry team.
• Fulfill backorders in OTC report and optimize allocations across plants.

Job Purpose

Planning for stocks replenishment and fulfillment to all F&N Warehouses in Peninsula Malaysia and to maintain optimal inventory level to meet Sales requirements and reduce out of stock (OOS)

Key Accountabilities

To support stocks replenishment to PM Region location warehouses as per forecast.

To support in house stocks replenishment for breakbulk picking

To support stocks collection from Co-manufacturers and manage to goods receipt into SAP.

To support for system transaction for OEM co packer update into FNN system and daily tracking and reconciliation with warehouse and Finance

To manage daily Backorders (SLOC transfer & Prod Allocation) with Order Entry team.

To oversee any issues related to Demand Planning.

To fulfill all backorders in OTC report for plant 2100 and 3PL warehouse - 100% fulfillment to every single SKU detail in the SO and reassign SO to different plant or storage location to fulfill the orders base on stocks availability

To track and reassign FEFO stocks at 3PL warehouse VS Shah Alam warehouse to control movement by FEFO and action taken to ensure system FEFO and physical follow to avoid BBD stocks

To coordinate with order fulfillment team central and region on order fulfillment especially once the stocks are available.

Follow up with planner on the execution of shunting load to Depoh to fulfill backorders

Follow up with planner on the shunting back to Shah Alam and 3PL warehouse from OEM co packer to fulfill backorder

As and when ad hoc task required - festive season etc

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in any field

At least 1-2 years working experiences in Supply Chain-Inventory planning / logistics

Able to work shift (2pm to 10pm)

Experience using SAP, Microsoft Office, Software related to Demand Planning is preferred

Good written and communication in English and Bahasa Melayu

Strong analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills
