Sime Darby Industrial Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Specialist, Aftermarket (CI&RI) for the Kuantan area. You will promote SDI and After Sales solutions, plan territory coverage, and manage customer calls to drive revenue and profitability.

The role requires 2–5 years in a related field, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication and organizational skills. Mandarin fluency is a plus for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifikationen

• SPM or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2–5 years of working experience in sales/aftermarket or related field.
• Proficient IT skills with good command of Microsoft Office programs.

Aufgaben

• Promote Sime Darby Industrial (SDI) and After Sales Solution to generate revenue and profit.
• Systematically plan sales coverage activities for the assigned customer at the designated territory.
• Register all sales activities in SalesLink CRM on a daily or weekly basis.
• Plan customer calls and ensure adequate coverage per PAR (required calls per year).
• Promote parts and services merchandising programs such as CSA and SOS and present results to customers.
• Promote any campaigns launched by SDI to customers and explain benefits.
• Coordinate service quotations and repairs with the service department.
• Provide and share competitive market information and updates on customers and market changes.
• Assist with collections for payment.
