Job summary

KATAG is hiring a Sales Representative based in Jalan Kuching, Kuala Lumpur, to promote and sell security solutions. You will develop and maintain relationships with retail clients, identify new sales opportunities, and conduct product demonstrations.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of SPM / Diploma and at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in security systems. Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Certificate in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred in security systems.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with retail clients

• Promote and sell security & anti-theft solutions

• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations

• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales, and close deals

• Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Certificate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing or Engineering background is an advantage)

• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in security systems, retail solutions, or related industries

• Languages: Fluent in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Independent, self-motivated, and target-oriented

• Applicant must possess with own transport & willing to travel
