Job summary

Medispec (M) Sdn Bhd invites a Medical Sales Representative to join our Klang Valley Trade Team. You will promote a range of pharmaceutical products to chain and independent pharmacies and establish strong relationships with pharmacists and decision-makers.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and the role requires English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. The position offers training, commissions, allowances, medical insurance, and potential career progression within the company.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Possess own transport.
• Office located in PJ.
• Base Central but able to outstation to Johor once a month.

Responsibilities

• Promote a range of pharmaceutical/medical products to pharmacies.
• Establish and foster strong relationships with pharmacists to encourage product use.
• Build close ties with main pharmacy decision-makers for long-term relationships.
• Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
• Cultivate a firm network with customers to maintain and develop accounts.
• Increase and maintain an excellent product distribution network within assigned areas.
• Report on market situation when required.
