Job summary

KMWE is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support/Operations assistant in Penang to streamline order processing, delivery planning, and customer communication. The role emphasizes precision in ERP updates and timely coordination with internal teams.

The successful candidate will handle quotations, forecasting records, and RGA requests while maintaining organized documentation. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–2 years’ related experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent; or minimum 1 to 2 years of related working experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and working experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
• Good organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP systems (Glovia is an added advantage)

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Operation team with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain sales orders, delivery schedules, and customer forecast records.
• Update and manage sales orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Follow up on customer forecasts, open orders, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor delivery progress to support on-time customer shipments.
• Maintain accurate documentation, filing, and records.
• Assist in processing Return Goods Authorization (RGA) requests.
• Support Program Executives with quotations, customer documentation, and delivery coordination.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department.
