Job summary

A.P. EMCO Executives Sdn Bhd, Kapar, Selangor, invites applications for an experienced Inside Sales and Commercial Operations professional.

The role focuses on managing RFQs, quotations, and order processing within a regional/global context, supported by SAP MM/SD/PU and Microsoft D365. You will lead a small team, coordinate with regional stakeholders, and ensure accurate data management while delivering excellent customer service and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the customer service team to ensure high performance.
• Oversee end-to-end RFQ processes across intercompany departments and regional subsidiaries.
• Manage full cycle of sales order processing, from inquiry to delivery.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Drive continuous improvement in commercial workflows and data management.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, quotation management, or order processing within anMNC or industrial/manufacturing environment

Proven experience in managing RFQs across intercompany and regional stakeholders

Hands-on experience with SAP (MM/SD/PU modules) and Microsoft D365 (mandatory)

Experience in leading and managing a small team

Strong command of English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is required

Strong numerical skills, including ability to perform unit of measure conversions

High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities

Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in a cross-functional global environment

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Customer Service Management

• Lead, manage, and develop the customer service team to ensure high performance and service excellence

• Monitor team KPIs including response time, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction

• Provide coaching, training, and process guidance to team members

2. RFQ & Quotation Management

• Oversee end-to-end RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes across intercompany departments and regional subsidiaries

• Ensure timely preparation of accurate commercial quotations aligned with corporate pricing guidelines

• Review and validate pricing compliance before submission

3. Order Processing & Customer Support

• Manage the full cycle of sales order processing, from inquiry to delivery

• Respond to customer queries on stock availability, lead times, and delivery schedules

• Ensure seamless coordination between customers and internal stakeholders

4. Systems & Data Management

• Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of customer, quotation, and order data in SAP (MM/SD/PU modules)

• Utilize Microsoft D365 and CRM systems for tracking, reporting, and process management

• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and system discipline

5. Regional Coordination & Commercial Operations

• Act as a regional commercial coordinator, supporting cross-border RFQs and business operations

• Serve as a key interface between regional and global teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication

• Support Sales in new client onboarding and end-use declaration processes

6. Performance & Process Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement in commercial workflows, RFQ turnaround time, and order processing efficiency

• Support adoption of digital tools and AI-driven solutions in commercial operations

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
