Job Description

• 6-10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Sales Capability, Business Analytics, or a related FMCG function.
• Strong understanding of Perfect Store methodology, field sales execution, and route-to-market principles.
• Proven expertise in sales systems, CRM platforms, sales force automation tools, and business intelligence solutions.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent commercial systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed multinational environment.
