Job summary

Yutopia Art Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is offering an internship to support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer service. You will handle enquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain sales records to ensure smooth service delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or higher in a related field, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage; internship may lead to permanent employment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer sales enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Liaise with customers, internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and timely service delivery.
• Prepare, maintain, and organise sales-related documentation and records.
• Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Assist with sales coordination, follow-ups, and other administrative activities as required.
• Perform ad hoc administrative duties and support projects as assigned by management.
