Job summary

Vinda SEA is seeking a passionate Sales Operation Executive (6-Months Contract) at its Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang headquarters. You will provide first-line support to the sales team and distributors, train distributors' admins and new regional sales staff, and keep SKUs and pricing updated in ADAMS for Peninsular and East Malaysia.

You will handle Tableau support, liaise with IT, prepare reports, and contribute to trade audits and inventory reporting across all warehouses.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Customer Relationship Management, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Administration or related roles in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to the sales team and distributors.
• Train distributors' admins, Regional Sales Manager and Sales Executive.
• Maintain SKUs and update pricing in ADAMS for Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.
• Update Trade Bulletin into ADAMS on request.
• Tableau support and reporting with IT and vendors.
• Conduct trade audits and prepare related forms and datasets.
• Monitor inventory and communicate stock status to the commercial team.

We're looking for a passionate and driven Sales Operation Executive (6-Months Contract) at Vinda SEA HQ located at Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang (next to Setia Alam). If you’re ready to grow, contribute, and make a meaningful impact with a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

How You'll Make an Impact?

• Provide support as first liner to sales team and distributors when necessary.
• Provide training to distributors’ admin, new Regional Sales Manager and Sales Executive.
• Maintain SKUs and update pricing in ADAMS to distributors from Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.
• Update Trade Bulletin into ADAMS upon request.

2. Tableau

• Provide support as first liner on Tableau.
• Work closely with IT and vendor on the report requirement.
• Create new report upon request.
• Ensure data is accurate in all reports.

3. Trade Audit

• Work with Sales Director / Marketing Innovation Director / Marketing Managers on the key information to audit.
• Prepare the trade audit form, outlet list and pairing list.
• Consolidate the audit result and share to management.
• Roll out to Commercial Managers and Directors.
• Update ESOs with new promotion SKUs / new SKUs on Pricing / Product m3 on monthly basis.
• Remove remnant / old promotion / old generation / old variant from ESO once IDC & Depots are depleted.
• Add SKUs into certain channel on any ad-hoc request.
• Prepare ESO to new KAE / SE and assign a new ESO initial number to the new KAE / SE.
• Issue, record and track Free Goods as per request by authorized party.

5. Inventory Report

• Update with the right SKUs and communicate daily to commercial team.
• Aware of stocks availability on low inventory or promo SKUs based on the buffer day / shipment lead-time.
• Follow-up closely with Logistic team on the stock readiness.
• Check with Planner when the stock level is low & update next availability date.
• Monitor inventory status in all warehouses (IDC + Depots) and work closely with Planner & Sales.
• Discuss with Sales Director on the high inventory items / remnant promo SKUs in depots.
• Release new / promo SKUs upon approval from Sales Director.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Customer Relationship Management, Communications, Business Administration or any other related field.
• At least 2 years working experience in Sales, Administration or related roles in a fast-paced working environment.
• Capability in problem solving and working under tight dateline.
• Good in prioritization of job and following up skill.
• Good in multi-tasking skill.
• Exposure in Sales Force Automation system is an advantage.
