CHM Hotels is seeking a skilled sales professional to develop and implement sales strategies to hit revenue targets and occupancy goals across Malaysia. You will identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other channels, and deliver compelling proposals.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in hospitality sales, a track record of meeting targets, strong knowledge of distribution channels and booking systems, excellent communication, and fluency in English;

Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets and occupancy goals
Identify, cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators and other distribution channels
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients and corporate accounts
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning
Manage the sales budget and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and packages that drive bookings
Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements with corporate clients and group bookings
Attend networking events, trade shows and industry conferences to expand business opportunities
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Train and support the sales team to ensure consistent delivery of sales objectives
Respond promptly to enquiries and maintain excellent customer service standards throughout the sales process
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the hospitality or hotel industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
Strong knowledge of the hotel and tourism industry, including distribution channels and booking systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
Sound understanding of sales principles, revenue management and negotiation techniques
Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Willingness to travel locally to meet clients and attend industry events
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
