Job summary

reygalaxy dome in Malaysia seeks a skilled professional to lead both Sales and Marketing for our event hall, wedding and banquet services. You will manage the Sales Executive team to hit monthly targets while developing marketing strategies to boost bookings.

The role requires strong leadership, client management, and digital marketing skills. You will oversee social media campaigns, promotions, and reports to management, while working weekends when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in event, wedding, banquet, hospitality or F&B industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Creative, proactive and results-oriented.
• Able to manage a team and work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities
