JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for achieving the overall sales function and activities of the projects with the aim of achieving the Company’s sales targets.
  • Research and develop marketing opportunities, sales plans, and marketing strategies.
  • Implement company policies, procedures, and property development requirements.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and ensure smooth departmental operations.
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns, monitor progress, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to ensure project competitiveness, accurate pricing, and effective marketing strategies, while building strong product differentiation through benchmarking.
  • Coordinate and implement sales activities, including events, public relations, and advertising.
  • Ensure sales data and reports are updated accurately and on time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Min 5 years of experience in managing sales team
  • Strong knowledge & Experience in sales management/coordination
  • Experience from Property Development company/real estate company
