Qualifications

• Background in interior design or relevant experience in renovation sales.
• Strong communication, presentation and client relationship skills.
• Ability to understand layout plans, materials and renovation requirements.
• Organised, proactive and responsible with client follow-ups.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' renovation needs, lifestyle, budget and design preferences.
• Present design concepts, space planning proposals, materials and quotations.
• Follow up on enquiries, build client relationships and close sales.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are communicated clearly.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and material selection appointments.
• Keep clients updated throughout the sales and design process.
