Job summary

Red Apple Furniture is seeking a Sales Interior Designer to meet clients at our showroom, understand their requirements, and create custom furniture and cabinetry solutions. You will conduct space planning, prepare design proposals, and coordinate projects through installation.

You should have a diploma or degree in interior design, be proficient in AutoCAD/SketchUp, and possess good communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Experience in interior design, cabinetry, or custom furniture is an advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D design software.
• Own transport for site visits.

Responsibilities

Red Apple Furniture is seeking a Sales Interior Designer to meet clients at our showroom, understand their requirements, and create beautiful custom furniture and cabinetry solutions. You will conduct space planning, prepare design proposals, and coordinate projects from initial consultation through installation.

Key responsibilities

Meet clients at our showroom and understand their requirements

Conduct space planning and propose suitable furniture and cabinet layouts

Prepare mood boards, layouts, and 3D design proposals

Attend site measurements with the team

Recommend suitable materials, colours, hardware, and finishes

Prepare quotations and presentations

Follow up with clients until project confirmation

Coordinate with the project team throughout the design and installation process

Build long-term relationships with clients

About you

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field

Experience in interior design, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, or custom furniture is an advantage

Good communication and presentation skills

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D design software

Positive attitude with willingness to learn

Possess own transport for site visits

Basic salary plus attractive sales commission
