APPLIED COMMERCIAL ROBOTICS SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive / Sales Assistant to drive growth for our vending machine solutions.

You will identify locations, build relationships with clients, and close deals through a competitive basic plus uncapped commission. Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, International Sales, or a related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in solution selling (industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, automation, or B2B equipment preferred).
• Fresh graduates are welcome for the Sales Executive position.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good command of English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Develop New Business – Identify and approach new customers to generate sales opportunities. Find locations to place vending machines and deal with location management.
• Build Customer Relationships – Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to grow the business.
• Understand Customer Needs – Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements. Ensure efficiency while interacting with customers and potential prospects during pre-sales, ongoing sales, and post-sales.
• Prepare Quotations & Follow Up – Prepare quotations, respond to customer enquiries, and follow up to close sales.
• Work with Internal Teams – Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order delivery and excellent customer service.
• Events & Promotions – Coordinate and perform internal and external sales activities/promotions for events per the Sales Plan.
• Sales Administration – Perform, close, and key in sales activities/transactions as per the assigned target.
• Other Duties – Attend to other job functions as and when instructed by the Manager.
