Job summary

2 KM Enterprise (2KM Florist) is expanding its sales team across Melaka and nationwide. This role focuses on driving revenue through acquiring new customers, managing multi-channel sales on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the 2KM Florist App, and delivering compelling product content.

You will engage customers via phone, social media, and messaging, follow up leads, provide accurate product information, ensure great after-sales support, and help grow our florist retail and wholesale business.

Qualifications

• Identify and develop new customers via phone, social media, online marketplaces and other channels
• Make outbound calls to introduce products, share promotions and close sales
• Manage sales across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and the 2KM Florist App
• Publish engaging product and promotional content on Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Threads and other platforms
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and social media
• Follow up with leads and inactive customers to encourage enquiries and repeat purchases
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs with accurate information
• Maintain and update customer information, sales records and follow-up status
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collect and report customer feedback, market trends and sales opportunities
• Perform other sales and customer service duties as assigned

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, comments, and messages through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and online marketplaces.
• Follow up with sales leads and inactive customers to encourage enquiries and repeat purchases.
• Recommend suitable products according to customers’ needs and provide accurate information.
• Maintain and update customer information, sales records, and follow-up status.
• Provide after-sales support and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Collect and report customer feedback, market trends, and sales opportunities to the internal team.
• Perform other sales and customer service duties assigned by the company.

Provide after-sales support and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the company’s products and services.

Collect and report customer feedback, market trends, and sales opportunities to the internal team.

Perform other sales and customer service duties assigned by the company.
