Our Malaysia branch has been operating for 3 years, delivering end-to-end freight forwarding solutions across sea, land, and air freight. We work closely with both local and international clients, building long-term partnerships and providing reliable, efficient service.

Job Summary

We are expanding and looking for driven Sales Executives to join our Malaysia team in both Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru.

In this role, you will focus on developing new B2B logistics clients while enjoying a supportive, no‑politics work culture. You’ll manage your own client portfolio with the guidance of an experienced team.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is hungry to succeed in logistics sales, enjoys building strong client relationships, and wants to grow income through an attractive commission scheme.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and grow new B2B logistics customers (freight forwarding & supply chain solutions)
  • Meet clients, understand their needs, and present suitable logistics solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure long‑term partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely payments
  • Coordinate with Operations & Finance teams to support customer needs
  • Attend networking, team building, and industry events
  • Conduct cold calls (database/list provided)
  • Prepare weekly sales performance and cold‑call reports
Requirements
  • Experience in logistics sales is an advantage, but fresh graduates and entry‑level candidates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime, International Trade, or related fields is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage for Mandarin‑speaking clients)
  • Strong customer understanding with a consultative sales approach
  • Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and persistent in building pipelines
