Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

• Contact potential clients and arrange meetings to understand their business needs.
• Present suitable solutions, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts.
• Follow up with clients and provide professional consultation throughout the sales process.
• Guide new clients through onboarding and ensure excellent after-sales support.
• Update clients on the latest promotions, services, and solutions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Work closely with Customer Service to improve the customer experience.
