Rest N Go App Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our market presence across retail, corporate and government sectors in Malaysia. The role focuses on promoting products, pursuing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of BD experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and fluent Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin to engage our multilingual client base.

We are on the lookout for a Sales & Business Development Executive who has market outreach and network in retails, corporate & government industry, to help us grow and expand business opportunities & prospecting.

Duties & Responsibilities:

To promote and offer company’s products by approaching existing and prospective customers.

To develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and message to potential customers from provided leads to introduce our products and generate sales opportunities.

To identifying and securing potential business opportunities.

Plan, schedule and implement sales strategies / activities / campaign related activities in order to meet assigned sales targets and deadlines.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams and assist whenever required with the team of marketing, product development and customer support, to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and meet client’ expectations and smooth campaign execution and delivery.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on key account performance to sales management.

We are seeking candidates proficient in Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin-speaking clients.

Job Requirements:

Prior experiences from or with good network or relationship with corporate/ developer/ hotel/ fitness/ government agency industry is a plus.

With minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Business Development.

Possess Bachelor' Degree and/or professional qualifications in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.

Resourceful with excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.

Aggressive, committed and results-driven.

Resilient and adaptable to handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6.30pm)
