Job summary

A property development company in Negeri Sembilan is looking for a Sales Executive to manage customer leads, ensure satisfaction and execute marketing campaigns. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in relevant fields, possess sales experience, and be proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Attractive incentives are offered on top of a basic salary of RM 3,000 and training will be provided. This role requires self-motivation and excellent communication skills.

Sales Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Division to plan, promote and organize Sales, campaigns, property launches, or Exhibitions.
  • Handling new customer leads on daily basic
  • To ensure high level and customer satisfaction on our property.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including social media and email.
  • To liase with prospect, bankers & solicitor
  • Achieve individual target as given follow ranking.
  • Working in a group and together achieve the group target.
  • Self-motivation & Self-directed candidate
  • Basic salary + higher incentives (RM 3,000.00 above)
  • Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with clients to build and manage relationships.
Requirements
  • Possess Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Property Development/Real Estate Management or Business Studies is preferred.
  • Experience in the Sales field (experience in Property Development Industry is an added advantage.)
  • Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels.
  • High proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia language with excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status and willing to work in NILAI ,PAJAM & Seremban 2 (Negeri Sembilan) area.
