Job summary

Mangala Estate Boutique Resort in Kuantan, Malaysia, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue by promoting luxury accommodations, event venues, dining, and leisure packages.   • Conduct site inspections and resort presentations for prospective clients.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate rates and close sales while maintaining profitability.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the resort.
  • Collaborate with marketing, reservations, front office, and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using the company's CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Job description

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by promoting the resort's luxury accommodations, event venues, dining experiences, and leisure packages.   • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network of corporate, MICE, and travel industry contacts.
  • Understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
