Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic sales professional to promote and sell Auto Owners products and bancassurance to existing and potential customers. You will engage in cross-selling of other RHB products based on customer needs to increase market share and achieve individual sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and professionally sell Auto Owners products and bancassurance to existing and potential customers.
• Engages in cross selling of other RHB’s products based on customer needs to increase market share.
• Achieves individual sales targets and contribute towards the achievement of the sales office targets.
• Provides professional advice on Auto Owners products to customers based on their needs to achieve sales and create public awareness.
• Ensures detailed understanding of Auto Owners products/services and processes for effective sales services.
• Establishes new and maintains regular contact with Business Associates to develop business relationship, e.g. dealers and salesmen.
• Ensures turnaround time and accurate data entry, processing and updating for efficient business opportunities.
• Submission for disbursement (Disbursement Request Form) including creation of credit files.
• Ensures the targeted group of profile falls within the Acceptance Guidelines for both individual and business entities.
• Supports Retail Collection & Recovery in all collection & recovery activities including conduct field visitation where necessary.
