Job Title: Sales Engineer

Our objective

To accommodate successful growth and to prepare for future readiness in our Airport and Parcel segment, we are looking for a Sales Engineer to strengthen our team in APAC. Your Role

As a Sales Engineer, your challenge is to identify customer values early in the sales process and translate this into a winning technical solution with the right balance between technology and cost. You will support, challenge, and collaborate with the sales manager during pre-bid, bid, and closing phases to secure projects. You will also prepare and present technical content to customers.

Your department

You will work in the Airports & Parcel segment development team in the APAC region, which includes Sales Layout Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Sales Consultancy. To support growth and future readiness, we are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  1. Define sales tactics with the sales manager and act accordingly.
  2. Address commercial and tactical issues directly with the Sales Manager.
  3. Organize all sales engineering deliverables throughout all sales phases, from pre-bid to handover to the execution team.
  4. Engage technical experts to develop optimal conceptual designs.
  5. Take actions aligned with the sales strategy philosophy.
  6. Manage multiple projects across various sales phases simultaneously.
  7. Lead an internal sales support team, including procurement, planning, concept design, and controls.
  8. Listen to and analyze customer requirements effectively.
  9. Ensure all procedural steps are completed on time according to sales process checklists.

Education and Experience:

  1. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  2. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electro-mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or similar.
  3. Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
