Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years sales experience preferably in financial institutions.
• Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have relevant licenses required for the portfolio.
• Sales and results oriented.
• Good interpersonal and relationship building skill.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales/revenue targets assigned by the Bank and contribute to branch targets.
• Promote and professionally sell a range of retail products to existing and potential customers.
• Acquire and grow branch customers, ENR, deposits (CASA/FD) and fee income.
• Participate in branch/region/bank sales activities and campaigns to achieve deliverables.
• Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans, perform account opening, cross-sell, upsell and engage with customers for retention and referrals.
