Job summary

Huat Siang Hardware Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and ensure smooth order processing.

You will prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents, follow up with customers on quotations and delivery schedules, and coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and finance. Fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or sales admin.
• Fresh graduates with strong learning attitude encouraged.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP / accounting / CRM systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and finance departments.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and order status updates.
• Assist the sales team with reports, schedules, and admin support.
• Monitor stock availability and update customers accordingly.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales records.
