Harvey Norman Malaysia is seeking a Sales Consultant to greet customers, identify needs, and help locate and obtain merchandise. You will explain product features, usage, and care to customers, and assist with purchases.

You will demonstrate use of products, help customers try items, and provide information on warranties, delivery options, and service care. Staff benefits are provided as listed.

Formación

• Customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Able to explain product benefits clearly to customers.

Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.

Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.

Describe merchandise and explain use operation, and care of merchandise to customers.

Prepare copy of sales invoice or sales receipt for customer’s reference.

Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items.

Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise.

Help customers try on merchandise to ensure the product is in good condition and functional before purchase.

Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.

Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options.

Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the company’s products
