Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking a sales-focused professional in Malaysia to solicit and promote PF products, meet sales targets, and drive growth through self-generated leads and internal marketing. The role includes cross-selling ASB, credit cards, and other retail banking solutions, while delivering excellent customer experience.

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any field (min CGPA 2.8).
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in sales and management.
• Highly motivated, winning attitude, success driven, self-initiated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with engaging people, prefers doing sales and take personal responsibility on delivering results
• Strong selling and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and service oriented
• Demonstrate initiative, perseverance and passion in delivering results within fast paced and highly demanding environment
• Ability to relate and connect to local community
• Good written and verbal communication skills (local knowledge and dialect is a plus)
• Basic understanding of sales operation & banking products
• Basic computer skill
