Job summary

Kimporo Sdn Bhd is hiring a Sales Consultant for an on-site role in Kuala Lumpur. You will follow up inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media, conduct consultations with expectant mothers and families, and promote confinement packages and services.

The role requires at least 2 years in sales, strong communication, and fluency in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin. Competitive monthly pay and opportunities for promotion are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the confinement industry.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and walk-in customers.
• Conduct consultations with expecting mothers and family members to understand their needs.
• Recommend relevant confinement packages and services to prospective clients.
• Arrange visits and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure a smooth transition for customers during deployment of nanny.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
