Position: Senior Consultant – SME Financing

Location: Subang Jaya

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Overview

We’re expanding our team and looking for a Senior Consultant to support our growing SME financing business. Are you experienced in SME banking or financing advisory? Do you enjoy building relationships, handling complex cases, and closing high-value deals?

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in SME banking, relationship management, or B2B sales
• Strong understanding of SME financing and credit processes
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder-management skills
• Independent, proactive, and results-driven
• Proficient in English & Mandarin (Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage)
• Malaysian citizens only

Responsibilities

• Manage and advise SME clients on suitable financing solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and bankers.
• Handle higher-value and more complex financing cases.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and documentation.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets with attractive incentives.
