Job summary

CARSOME is seeking a talented Tele sales and Customer Service professional to identify potential customers and set Free Test Drive appointments and Video Car Tour.

Based in The Ascent Kelana Jaya, you will handle outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule test drives while representing Carsome’s automotive services. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia are required; Mandarin is a plus, and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher education.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Sales-oriented with positive mindset.
• Prior automotive experience preferred but not compulsory.
• Willing to work alternate 6 days, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads assigned by Team Leads via CRM and handle leads on WhatsApp.
• Answer customer inquiries with accurate information about Carsome's used car business, products and services.
• Assist customers with account registration, test drive appointments and car bookings.
• Persuade customers to reschedule cancelled appointments.
• Inform customers about ongoing deals and promotions.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough, confidential interaction records and account details using Carsome telesales tools.

About You

CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Tele sales, Customer Service. We need a self-motivated person with strong communication and negotiation skills. Your duties identifying potential customers and setting Free Test Drive appointments / Video Car Tour.

Your Day-To-Day

Perform Outbound Calls based on leads assigned by Team Leads via CARSOME’s CRM system & also handle leads via CARSOME WhatsApp platform

Attend customer inquiries by providing accurate information regarding CARSOME’s used car business, product & service offerings.

Support customers in account registration, test drive appointments and also car booking

Proactively persuade customers to reschedule appointments that have been cancelled

Proactively inform customers of ongoing deals and promotion.

Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction

Uphold high standards of prudence and discretion in processing and maintaining customer interaction records and account details using Carsome Telesales tools provided.

Your Know How

Education- SPM/Diploma/Degree

Able to work under a fast phase environment Have a positive mindset, sales oriented person

Candidate with high integrity in values Prior professional experience in automotive industry preferred but not compulsory.

Candidate must will to work alternate 6 days Candidate must will to work on Public holiday and Weekend
