Job summary

RR LUXURY ENTERPRISE in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dynamic dual-channel sales host to blend in-store luxury retail with daily livestream selling.

You will engage walk-in clients and online followers, showcase pre-owned handbags, watches and jewellery, and close sales across both channels. Weekly schedule includes weekends; commission applies; full livestream training provided. Competitive commission and statutory benefits.

Qualifications

• Sales or retail experience preferred in luxury sectors.
• Comfortable hosting livestream daily.
• English required; other languages a plus.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Presentable, punctual and team-oriented.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• Experience with social media livestreaming is an advantage.
• Passion for luxury goods, fashion or watches.

Job description

This is a dual-channel sales role for a luxury resale business specialising in pre-owned handbags, watches, jewellery and accessories. You will sell on the floor to walk-in clients and sell on camera through daily livestream. The role combines in-store retail with livestream hosting, with commission paid on both channels.

Key responsibilities

Attend to walk-in and online enquiries professionally and warmly

Present luxury pieces clearly - condition, authenticity, features, pricing

Follow up on enquiries and close sales

Build client trust and repeat relationships

Support daily operations: display, cleanliness, presentation

Host approximately 1 hour of livestream selling per day on a rotated schedule

Present products on camera, respond to live comments, convert viewers into buyers

Work with the team on live content planning and product line-ups

About you

Sales or retail experience preferred; luxury, fashion, watches, jewellery or premium service is a strong advantage

Comfortable being on camera - livestream hosting is a core, daily part of this role

English required. All other languages are an advantage

Confident personality, strong communication, good client-handling instincts

Presentable and well-groomed, responsible, punctual, team-oriented

Required to work on weekends and public holidays

Experience in social media content or livestream selling (TikTok Live, Facebook Live, Instagram, Xiaohongshu) is a strong advantage

Personal interest in luxury goods, fashion or watches is a strong advantage

Basic salary plus commission on both in-store and livestream sales
