Job summary

GULATIS GLOBAL BUSINESS SDN BHD is seeking a confident, energetic Retail & Livestream Executive to drive both in-store and online sales. The role involves presenting products during livestreams and engaging customers across TikTok LIVE to meet sales targets.

You will work with Retail and E-Commerce teams to deliver excellent service, manage stock and promotions, and create engaging livestream experiences that convert viewers into customers.

Job description

We are looking for a confident, energetic and sales-driven Retail & Livestream Executive to join our growing team.

This role combines retail sales, customer service, TikTok LIVE and online sales activities. The successful candidate will engage customers both in-store and online, present products during livestreams and contribute towards the company's sales targets.

Working Location: 126 & 128 Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, City Centre, 50100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional and excellent customer service.

Assist customers with product selection and provide product recommendations.

Promote and sell company products to achieve individual and store sales targets.

Maintain good product knowledge, particularly on textile/fabric products, usage and care.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.

Maintain the cleanliness, display and overall appearance of the retail store.

Host and conduct regular TikTok LIVE sessions to promote and sell company products.

Present product features, benefits, promotions and special offers in an engaging manner.

Interact with viewers, respond to comments and answer product-related questions during LIVE sessions.

Encourage viewers to follow, engage, add products to cart and complete purchases.

Create an energetic and entertaining livestream experience to increase viewer engagement and sales.

Support TikTok Shop promotions, campaigns and livestream activities.

Monitor LIVE sales performance and work towards assigned livestream sales targets.

Assist in preparing products, scripts, promotions and materials for livestream sessions.

Assist with TikTok Shop and other e-commerce sales activities.

Monitor online customer enquiries and provide timely responses.

Assist with product listings, pricing, promotions and online campaigns.

Coordinate with the retail and operations team on stock availability and order fulfilment.

Track online sales performance and provide feedback to management.

Team & Operations

Work closely with the Retail, Marketing and E-Commerce teams to achieve sales targets.

Participate in promotional activities, campaigns and company events.

Provide customer and market feedback to management.

Perform other duties related to retail, sales and livestream operations as assigned.

Requirements

Candidates with no livestream experience but with strong sales and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Energetic, outgoing and engaging personality.

Passionate about sales and achieving targets.

Comfortable speaking continuously during livestream sessions.

Able to work on weekends, public holidays or outside normal working hours when required for livestream activities.

Basic knowledge of TikTok, TikTok Shop or other social media platforms is an advantage.

Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
