Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Sales Commission and Compensation Specialist to drive the design and operation of sales bonus programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate bonus payments according to the annual plan and policy.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, stakeholder management, and experience with compensation plans, along with a bias for detail and continuous process improvement. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to development of sales commission programs and models for the sales organisation.
• Administers and recommends best practices for bonus programs and compensation plans aligned to the strategic plan.
• Prepares and audits sales compensation reports and quota templates and uploads results to portals.
• Implements enhancements to the sales bonus portal based on business requirements.
• Studies market compensation trends and benchmark data for management recommendations.
• Collects compensation data and supports planning processes with market insights.
• Conducts audits for regulatory and policy compliance.
• Assists with implementation and administration of compensation programs and policies.
• Prepares and exports reports from the sales compensation system and databases.
