Job summary

Informa TechTarget is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to support compensation design, data analysis, and planning. You will work with Finance, HR, and Sales to ensure accurate payments and effective planning.

The role offers hands‑on experience with compensation systems and exposure to senior leadership. The ideal candidate has a background in data analytics, strong Excel skills, and experience with Salesforce and compensation tools like Xactly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related analytical role.
• Experience with compensation calculations or financial analysis preferred.
• Background in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support design and testing of compensation plan changes and incentives.
• Maintain compensation databases and ensure accurate payments.
• Process compensation inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Execute and administer compensation plans including commissions and bonuses.
• Support KPI dashboards and monthly/quarterly reporting.
