Jobtailor in Malaysia is offering a 1-2 year accelerated rotational program covering sales operations, business development and customer relationship management. You will gain hands-on experience in prospecting, client presentations and applying our selling approach, while managing key accounts with senior mentors.

As part of the rotation you’ll analyse market trends, draft commercial proposals, identify upsell opportunities and support onboarding with cross-functional teams to drive revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent project and time management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 1 to 2-year accelerated rotational program across sales operations, business development and CRM.
• Gain hands-on experience in prospecting, customer presentations and applying the company’s selling approach.
• Manage key customer accounts with senior team members.
• Analyse market trends and draft commercial proposals.
• Identify upsell opportunities and develop new business opportunities across target sectors.
• Collaborate with Operations, Service and Marketing to support onboarding and service execution.
• Track and report sales performance metrics and contribute to strategic planning and revenue forecasting.
