Job summary

XTransfer is seeking a dynamic B2B sales professional to drive new business growth across Malaysia. You will identify opportunities, pursue clients, and represent the company at fairs and events.

You will travel within Malaysia, manage client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support. Fluency in Malay, English and Mandarin is required, with 3–5 years of relevant experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Fluent in Malay, English and Mandarin.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Fluent in Malay, English and Mandarin; Mandarin proficiency is to liaise with China-based suppliers and Chinese-speaking clients
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
• High emotional intelligence, empathy and customer service mindset
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Background (Strong Advantage):

• Cross-border payment handling (especially to China-based suppliers)
• B2B trading business with China
• Existing network in China-trade ecosystem
