Job summary

APM Monaco is seeking a passionate Luxury Retail Associate to join our Penang Paragon boutique. You will engage clients with exceptional service, drive sales, maintain store standards, and contribute to the brand experience in-store.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of luxury/fashion retail experience, fluent English and Mandarin, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Immediate availability preferred and attractive benefits offered.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in luxury/fashion retail.
• Track record of outstanding sales performance.
• Able to manage store operation and visual merchandising independently.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; additional languages a plus.
