Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Chinese required.
• Experience leading a boutique or retail team.
• Strong data analysis and POS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Analyze performance to translate data into actions and objectives.
• Manage client database and leverage insights to grow sales and loyalty.
• Ensure staff are trained in POS usage and shop operations.
• Oversee inventory movement and adherence to receiving/transfer policies.
• Maintain boutique image and execute visual merchandising directives.
• Lead in-store training, coaching, and team meetings.
