Job summary

CABBEEN FASHION (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a frontline retail associate in Selangor to assist customers in selecting and purchasing fashion products, provide product knowledge, and help meet sales targets.

You will handle cashier transactions, exchanges, and returns, and keep the store tidy with attractive stock displays. Education: SPM or equivalent. Experience: Junior level welcome (0–3 years); Senior level (3+ years) with strong sales and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities beneficial (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin).

Involve in Developing Omni-Chanel Strategy.

Job Requirements

Education:SPM or an equivalent or higher qualification.

Experience: Junior Level: fresh graduates welcome; 1-3 years retail experience, fashion knowledge preferred, Senior Level: 3+ years’ experience, strong sales & leadership skills.

Preferably in fashion or apparel, with an advantage for those with men's clothing sales experience.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
