NOVELTY FLOORING (M) SDN BHD is seeking a dynamic sales professional in Penang to drive outdoor sales, develop new business, and manage key accounts. Mandarin language is mandatory, with a strong emphasis on building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outdoor sales, business development, or account management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-in customers.
• Promote and recommend products or services based on customers' needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and after-sales service.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
