Giorgio Armani in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Associate to represent Emporio Armani and Armani Exchange, delivering exceptional service and a premium shopping experience. You will be the first contact for clients and provide styling advice while staying current on new arrivals and promotions.

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Regularly monitor KPIs and analyze sales trends to optimize product offers and promotions.
• Ensure store aligns with brand VM standards and is replenished regularly.
• Assist with inventory management, stock audits and stock transfers in BOH functions.
• Collaborate with store management to ensure smooth daily operations and mentor junior associates.

Position:

As a Sales Associate of Emporio Armani and Armani Exchange, you will represent the brand in all facets of style and hospitality as our premium sales team within each store. You will be responsible for delivering the best shopping experience to each client and upholding the highest level of service.

Your key responsibilities will include and not limited to the following below:

Brand Ambassador

• Represent the brand by upholding its values and standards.

Client Management

Business Monitoring

• Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze sales trends and provide feedback to management to optimize product offerings, promotions, and marketing efforts.
• Ensure that store's performance is aligned with brand standards, striving to exceed targets.

General Store Conditions

• Ensure that store is aligned to clean, organized, visually appealing and aligned to brand VM standards
• Ensure that products are replenished regularly as necessary.

Back Office Support

• Assist with administrative duties and BOH functions, including and not limited to inventory management, stock audits and stock transfer.
• Ensure that the BOH is clean and organized for an efficient handling of products.
• Assisting in the processing of returns, exchanges, and other operational functions as needed.

Team Management

• Collaborate with store management and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Train and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and support to maintain high standard of customer service and sales performance.
