Job summary
Jora Malaysia in Penang is seeking customer service oriented individuals to attend to enquiries, engage customers about motorcycle sales and services, and support daily sales activities. Fresh graduates are welcome and basic reports writing is expected.
The role emphasizes strong communication, interpersonal skills, and reliable computer usage to assist in growing the team and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Basic computer skills and ability to write simple reports
Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide excellent service
- Approach and engage customers regarding motorcycle sales and services
- Support sales and marketing activities on a daily basis
- Monitor and follow up on sales leads and customer requirements
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports
