Job summary

Keat Seng Motor in Kedah is seeking motivated sales/customer service oriented graduates. You will assist customers in selecting motorcycles, explain features, and handle online inquiries with professional follow-up. Build relationships, hit monthly targets, manage docs, and create social media content.

Strong Bahasa Malaysia and English skills are essential; Mandarin is a plus. Positive energy, teamwork, and the ability to work independently are valued traits for this role.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates welcome; sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other online platforms.
Able to respond quickly and professionally to inquiries.
Strong follow-up skills and ability to handle multiple leads.
