Job summary

Thunder Match Technology Sdn Bhd (Thunder Match) is seeking a Sales Assistant for the TMT The Light Waterfront Penang location. You will deliver friendly service, identify customer needs, and promote IT products while staying updated on stock and promotions.

Candidate will help greet customers, assist with new shipments, and maintain knowledge of product features and benefits, following store policies. English and Bahasa Malaysia knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent is required.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is advantageous.
• 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably in IT products (mobile, gadgets, networking).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must own transport and basic MS Office knowledge.

Own transport

Basic knowledge in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
